Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial sacral therapy is a light-touch somatic approach to healing that can lead to significant improvements. It releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and improve overall health. The focus of my practice is on healing trauma stored in the body and helping clients release stress and anxiety.

End of Life Doula Support
End of life doulas provide non-medical, holistic support to individuals and their loved ones through the dying process. They offer emotional, practical, and spiritual guidance, helping to create a sense of comfort, integrity, and meaning in a person’s final chapter. I am completing the End of Life Doula program at Douglas College in 2025.
