Over four sessions, we’ll look at the situation in front of you, the choices and conversations it requires, and what changes as you begin moving through it.

What needs a decision, boundary, conversation, or next move
What happens after you take the first step

I’m a former corporate lawyer, executive coach, intuitive guide, and trauma-informed craniosacral practitioner.
I’m also a little bit psychic, highly intuitive, and genuinely lit up by my work.
My path has taken me through both highly practical and deeply intuitive worlds: corporate law, executive leadership, academia, meditation, energy work, tarot, and somatic healing.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to make those worlds make sense separately.
Because for most of my life, I’ve felt like I was standing on a bridge.
On one side was the corporate world. I could navigate it well, but it never quite felt like home.
On the other side was the spiritual world. It was closer to my heart, but I also had experiences there that left me feeling unsafe, unseen, or like I had to be someone I wasn’t.
Over time, I realized I didn’t fully belong on either side.
I belonged somewhere in the middle, on the bridge between those two worlds.
And that's where people tend to find me.
When something old is falling away.
When something new is starting to call.
When the practical answer isn't enough, but neither is insight that feels disconnected from real life.
Turns out, it’s where I do my best work.
