I've come to understand that we cannot deny the truth of who we are and expect to be happy. At work, in our personal lives, and even in how we choose to die.

I’m a lawyer by background, a career coach, a cranial-sacral practitioner, an intuitive guide, and an end-of-life doula (in training). 

I help people reconnect to themselves, to what matters most, to the limitless energy around them, and to that deep knowing of who they truly are.

Time slips away for me when I'm deep into conversation about life's transitions, health + healing, grief, trauma, meditation, and the unraveling of what’s no longer aligned. 

My life's work is helping people live and die well.
